From October 2008 to May 2009, in Qingdao, Shandong, Mr. Zhang Guohang from Pingdu City, Shandong Province, China, made the ultra large pen ith a height of 202cm, and a maximum diameter of pen cap of 20.3cm, setting the orld record granted by the orld Record Association for being the largest practical pen in the orld.
